Construction at Black Rock Motor Resort accelerated across the site during the first quarter of 2026, with significant progress made throughout the northern precinct, main circuit and village precinct.
The entry road has now been asphalted through to the future hotel site, while the go-kart track is taking shape. Built to the same engineering standards as the main circuit, it is also being used to test materials and construction processes before they are applied across the full 5.4km track.
Work is continuing below ground, with extensive drilling and stabilisation underway across the former mining site. Bulk earthworks are also shaping the circuit, including the steeply banked NASCAR Corner.
In the village precinct, preparation has begun for the lakeside and trackside villa pads, marking another important step forward for the resort.
