The Community Consultative Panel is a forum for representatives from the community, stakeholder groups, and Black Rock Motor Resort to discuss project matters, share information, and provide feedback. The panel plays a consultative role so that community perspectives are considered throughout the project's development and operation.
The Black Rock Motor Resort Community Consultative Panel is independently chaired by Professor Roberta Ryan.
Expressions of interest to join the Community Consultative Panel closed on 13 June 2025, and details of the membership will be shared in August following the Panel's first meeting.
Meeting minutes and actions will be managed by Professor Ryan, and will be available on this page following each meeting.

The Community Consultative Panel (CCP) is a forum for representatives from the community, stakeholder groups, and Black Rock Motor Resort to discuss project matters, share information, and provide feedback.
The panel plays a consultative role so that community perspectives are considered throughout the project's development and operation.
The CCP community representatives have established strong networks in their community, are able to reflect the views of the wider community, and also have the ability to feedback information.
The CCP is independently chaired by Professor Roberta Ryan.
