Join the Black Rock Motor Resort
Community Consultative Panel
Black Rock Motor Resort is seeking passionate and engaged members of the community to join its Community Consultative Panel.
The Black Rock Motor Resort is an exciting new project on the former Rhondda Colliery site in Wakefield, Lake Macquarie. The resort will feature a state-of-the-art driving facility, accommodation, dining, and entertainment options, creating a unique destination for driving enthusiasts and visitors to the region.
The Community Consultative Panel is a forum for representatives from the community, stakeholder groups, and Black Rock Motor Resort to discuss project matters, share information, and provide feedback. The panel plays a consultative role so that community perspectives are considered throughout the project's development and operation.
The Black Rock Motor Resort Community Consultative Panel is independently chaired by Professor Roberta Ryan.
Expressions of interest to join the Community Consultative Panel closed on 13 June 2025, and details of the membership will be shared in August following the Panel's first meeting.
Meeting minutes and actions will be managed by Professor Ryan, and will be available on this page following each meeting.
