The Ultimate Car Gallery

A space to showcase cars as the works of art that they are.

The entire downstairs level of the hotel serves as a flexible function area, integrating seamlessly with our car gallery which can be divided into two distinct event spaces.

Breathtaking Rooftop Terrace

Floating on top of the hotel will be our rooftop terrace and bar, the ideal spot to soak in the 360-degree views of the resort and iconic Australian bush beyond.

This space can also be utilised for brand launches thanks to its automotive lift, allowing bespoke functions and events to be held in one of the country's most unique venues.

The World's Most Luxurious Pitlane

Outside, the hotel connects directly to its very own pitlane - one unlike anything else in the world.

As stunning as the hotel's foyer, Gallery Pitlane is set at the forecourt of the hotel overlooking the track. This is the ultimate après driving destination - and the perfect spot for unique brand activations.

Concourse

A fine dining restaurant and a destination in its own right that will be set along the mezzanine level of our hotel overlooking the gallery of cars.

Much like the car gallery, Concourse is a culinary gallery that will host a seasonal rotation of the world's finest chefs. During their residency, each chef will present a menu inspired by our unique location and local produce.

The Stables

You can start your day with a freshly roasted coffee and house baked pastry at The Stables, our relaxed trackside café and bar.

This is the spot to watch the cars race by and has a menu that evolves throughout the day – from your favourite café in the morning to the wood-fired pizza and charcoal-fired charcuterie and grill in the afternoon.

The Lodge Bistro

Long lunches and intimate dinners will unfold at The Lodge, where our talented chefs craft seasonal menus that celebrate local produce and flavours.

Here, connection is at the heart of the experience – from shared plates to shared tables. Personal touches will be inherent in our service style; from remembering the wine you loved last time to how you take your steak.

Just beyond our doorstep lies the legendary Hunter Valley, Australia’s oldest and most celebrated wine region that’s home to over 150 wineries and iconic cellar doors.
