DriveHER is designed to create an entryway and ecosystem for women of all ages, interests, and backgrounds - from those curious about cars and motorsport culture to aspiring engineers, mechanics, journalists, and drivers.

It’s not just about racing - it’s about building an environment where women feel genuinely welcome, represented, and supported across every facet of the sport.

Led by Caitlin Wood, International Australian Racing Driver, DriveHER sits at the core of Black Rock’s mission to become a hub for opportunity in motorsport - a program founded on education, empowerment, and connection.
